Villa Carlotta is located in a residential complex on the northern coast of Sardinia. A few steps from the house is a small beach frequented exclusively by residents of the complex.
The Villa, all on one level, is characterized by large spaces inside and an equally large porticoed area outside, perfect for taking refuge on hot summer afternoons. Inside, all the rooms are spacious and bright. The room, finely furnished, overlooks the porch through a large window, we then find a complete eat-in kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a third room with a single bed. There is also the possibility of using a sixth bed which is located in a passage room but which would guarantee the right amount of privacy in case of need. There are two bathrooms, one complete with shower which is inside the house, while the second service bathroom is accessed from the outside and is mainly dedicated to the laundry area. The external shower is also very comfortable with hot water which is positioned in a reserved area outside. The garden, full of plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub, is very large and surrounds the entire building, also giving the possibility of comfortably parking two cars.
The beach is part of the very long Platamona coastline which overlooks the Gulf of Asinara, where it will be possible to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Villa Carlotta is perfect for those seeking relaxation and comfort given the possibility of being able to go to the seaside in a few moments but also for those who choose more itinerant holidays, being in a strategic position. In a few minutes by car it is possible to reach the area of Castelsardo, Valledoria, Costa Paradiso, Isola Rossa, Santa Teresa to the east, and to the west the area of Porto Torres, Stintino, Argentiera and the splendid Riviera del Corallo up to Alghero.
