Sunrise Marina House is a splendid apartment equipped with every comfort and comfortably accommodating four people. Its location is truly privileged, as the entire apartment overlooks Olbia's marina, offering breathtaking views of the sea and Tavolara Island.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a recently constructed building, surrounded by greenery and conveniently located near many amenities.

Just a few minutes' walk away is Olbia's commercial district with restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.
By public transportation or car, you'll be spoiled for choice when it comes to beaches in the area. Highlights include the four splendid coves of Porto Istana, which are part of the Tavolara protected area; further south, towards San Teodoro, are the yellow-ochre beaches of Lido del Sole, Le Saline, Bunthe, Li Cuncheddi, and Punta Corallina. North of Olbia, meanwhile, are Squalo Beach, Pellicano Beach, Mare Rocce Beach, Bados Beach, and the Golfo di Marinella, which marks the entrance to the Costa Smeralda.
