HOUSE RULES

Cleanliness: The accommodation must be returned in a condition that does not require excessive or deep cleaning (for example, no moldy dishes, dirty carpets, pet stains, etc.). Cleaning fees set by hosts only cover routine cleaning between reservations.

Waste: Garbage must be disposed of in the designated containers, paying attention to excessive amounts.

Damage: If guests cause damage beyond normal wear and tear, they are required to inform the host as soon as possible.

Authorized Guests: Guests staying at the property must correspond to the number of guests selected during the booking process. The host must be notified of the presence of other unregistered guests on the property, and proof of identity is required.

Check-in time: Check-in before the designated check-in time is not permitted unless authorized by the host.

Check-out time: Check-out must be completed, including key return, by the time indicated on the reservation.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodations.

Pet Permission: Pets are not permitted inside the accommodations. Please note: Service animals are not considered pets.

Noise: Guests are asked to respect designated quiet hours and not disturb the neighborhood with excessive noise.

Commercial Film and Photography: Guests are asked not to participate in commercial or profit-making film or photography services without the host's written permission.
